No. I give you a written quote with a list of tasks before the clean, and that is the price you pay. If the property is very different from what was described, I will talk to you before starting.
Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes. Home Makers Liverpool is fully insured and I hold an Enhanced DBS check. I have worked in the care sector for 15 years, so I am used to working in people's homes with respect and discretion.
Do I need to be home during the clean in Liverpool?
No. Many clients leave a key, which I keep on a secure bunch with no names or addresses on it. If you are home, I ask that you, children and pets stay out of the room I am cleaning.
How do I book monthly deep clean in Liverpool?
Call or WhatsApp 07383 337268. One-off and deep cleans need a 50% non-refundable booking fee to hold the date, and the rest is paid on the day. End of tenancy cleans are paid upfront. I cover Liverpool and the surrounding areas of Merseyside.
