One-off and deep cleans need a 50% non-refundable booking fee to reserve your date, with the rest paid on the day. End of tenancy and empty properties are paid in full before the clean starts. Regular cleans are paid after each visit. No VAT is added.

Yes. Home Makers Liverpool is fully insured and I hold an Enhanced DBS check. I have worked in the care sector for 15 years, so I am used to working in people's homes with respect and discretion.
Do I need to be home during the clean in Liverpool?
No. Many clients leave a key, which I keep on a secure bunch with no names or addresses on it. If you are home, I ask that you, children and pets stay out of the room I am cleaning.
