This notice explains what happens to the details you give Home Makers Liverpool through this website. Home Makers Liverpool is run by Amanda, who is responsible for your data. Contact: Homemakersliverpool@gmail.com or 07383 337268.
What I collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and the property postcode.
- Your answers in the estimator, such as the number of rooms, the condition of the property and any extras.
- Any notes you choose to add.
- The page you sent the enquiry from and, if present, the advert or campaign that brought you to the site.
I don't ask for payment details, dates of birth or any other sensitive information through this website.
Why I use it
I use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the clean you asked about. The legal basis is that you asked me to take these steps before entering into an agreement with you.
I don't send marketing emails, and I never sell or pass your details to other companies.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores enquiries in its database.
- Resend sends the confirmation emails.
Both process data only on my instructions.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. If you book a clean, your details are kept for as long as you're a customer and then for up to 6 years for tax and accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email Homemakersliverpool@gmail.com and I'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
